ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons seed of choice (ground flax, chia, hemp, pumpkin, sunflower)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine oats, milk, yogurt, seeds, and maple syrup. Here also add options like cinnamon, pumpkin spice, 1/4 cup fruit puree, 1 tablespoon cacao powder, 1 teaspoon matcha powder, or whatever you like (see additional overnight oats recipes for ideas), whisk until thoroughly blended.
  2. Cover and store in the refrigerator overnight.
  3. In the morning, add fruit, seeds, & nuts.
