  • 15 ounce can navy beans (or any beans you like), drained and rinsed
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives (or any fresh herbs you like), chopped fine
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil drizzle
  • 1 clove garlic, grated

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and combine thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate.
  2. Add to salads and bowls, in sandwiches and wraps, as a side.
