  • 8 ounces salmon, cooked (see Perfect Roasted Fish) (link)
  • ½ cup Perfect Guacamole (link)
  • 1 cup radicchio, romaine, or green cabbage, shredded
  • 4 large radishes, sliced
  • 4 tablespoons red onion, diced small or sliced
  • ¼ teaspoon flaked salt
  • 1 cup microgreens

Instructions

  1. On each warm tortilla, layer guacamole, salmon, and vegetables, a pinch of salt, and a squeeze of lime.
