  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • ⅛ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • ⅞ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, or more to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the onion, vinegar, salt, and olive oil in a small bowl and let it sit for about 5 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and mix. Refrigerate for up to 4 days.
