ingredients

  • 1 Medium apple, grated
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • ¾ cup oats
  • 1/4 cup oat flour
  • 1/4 cup Maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup Almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Avocado oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F
  2. In a large bowl, mix all the above ingredients together until well combined
  3. Pour into a loaf tin sprayed with avocado oil
  4. Spread evenly and top with chocolate chips (optional)
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
