Spicy Sesame Sablefish & Broccolini

Spicy Sesame Sablefish & Broccolini

Yield 4

ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • 2 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons sriracha
  • 4 4-ounce sablefish (black cod) filets
  • 1 pound broccolini, separated into individual stalks

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, and sriracha.
  3. Place 4 sheets of parchment on the countertop. On one half of the parchment, place 4 ounces fish, and lay ¼ of the broccolini next to it. Pour the ¼ of the sauce over the fish, use a brush to coat it completely. Sprinkle salt on the broccolini.
  4. Lift the right and left sides of the paper up and towards the center, directly above the fish. Touch the two sides together and tightly roll them, folding as you go, until you reach the fish. Roll and crimp the top and bottom ends, rolling them towards the counter. When you reach the end, tuck the ends underneath the fish securely (you don’t want them to come open while cooking).
  5. Place the packages on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Repeat with remaining three pieces of fish. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until the fish is fully cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Serve with lime slices.
