ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/3 cup of pumpkin puree
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • Avocado oil spray

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Place skillet on low heat and add 1 tsp coconut oil. Pour the batter to make your small pancakes. Flip after about 1-2 minutes or until you see bubbles in the batter.
