ingredients

  • ¾ cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup frozen mango or 1/2 medium banana
  • 1/2 cup berries of choice
  • 1/3 cup fresh fruit
  • 2 tablespoons nuts of choice (almonds, walnuts, pistachios, etc)
  • 1 teaspoon seeds of choice (chia, flax, hemp, pumpkin, etc)

Instructions

  1. Combine frozen fruit and yogurt in a blender and process until smooth (add milk if needed to thin). Pour mixture into bowls and sprinkle with desired toppings.
