Chocolate-Yogurt Fruit Bites

ingredients

  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 2 cups unsweetened, nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 4 teaspoons maple syrup

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the blueberries and Greek yogurt. Gently toss until the blueberries are fully coated with yogurt.
  2. On a parchment-lined baking sheet, spoon 8 separate clusters. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  3. In small bowl, microwave the dark chocolate chips in 30-second increments, stirring in between, until the chocolate is completely melted.
  4. Remove the tray of blueberry clusters from the freezer. Dip each cluster into the melted chocolate, coating it completely.
  5. Once all the clusters are coated in chocolate, place onto a new sheet of parchment and freeze for 2+ hours. Store in the freezer in an airtight container.
