Brain Space is getting a new home in 2026!
It’s been such a joy to build Brain Space with you on Circle this past year, exploring the Experiences and growing together.
Over the past few months, I’ve been reflecting deeply on how to carry it forward, and the path feels clear: Brain Space is moving from Circle to Substack, where The Synapse already lives.
Right now, The Synapse subscription has two tiers: free, which provides a monthly recap newsletter, and paid ($8/month or $72/year), which delivers 8 new evidence-based articles each month, full archive access, the Mini Guides Library, and community interaction.
In January 2026, I’ll be launching a third tier that will become Brain Space’s new home. It will include everything in the paid version of The Synapse, plus live Q&As, cooking classes, mini workshops on community-chosen topics, and special deals on my favorite products.
