The Brain Space Experiences are seven individual 6-week journeys, carefully designed to guide you through a streamlined framework of high-quality information, simple and effective action steps, time to practice and experiment, self and community accountability, self-evaluation, and the opportunity to customize what you learn into lasting change you love. Cumulatively, they cover what we know to be the most important behavioral facets of improving cognitive fitness and Alzheimer’s prevention.
