Sweet Potato Fries

ingredients

  • 1 pound sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch thick matchsticks
  • Avocado oil spray
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. In a bowl, toss cut potatoes with oil and salt. Turn them out onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, and be sure to leave space between pieces.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes, flipping midway through. If they are not browning at 20 minutes, increase the temperature to 425. They're done when nicely browned and easily pierced with a knife.
